Cruise Safety has been quite a hot topic in the press lately, which led our team at Luxury Cruise News to wonder "how do our readers feel?" To answer our question, we surveyed readers to see how the recent, unfortunate incident has affected their cruise plans. Turns out, almost 70% indicated that their future cruise plans were not impacted. Good news for the cruise industry! Also, our readers understand that cruising is an extremely safe mode of travel with 82% stating enough time was dedicated to evacuation and emergency procedures on their recent cruise. But, there's always room to improve. 80% of our cruisers feel more time should be spent ensuring that everyone on board is aware of emergency procedures.
